I use hydrate boost every day. It helps me so much to stay hydrated when I’m in and out of my car for work all day and can’t stop and buy water as often as I should. This was the first summer in a long time that I didn’t get daily headaches from being in the 100 plus degree heat, and I know it’s from the hydrate boost. My favorite flavor is coconut colada, it’s delicious.
